I think these are rock chips on the windshield. Anything I can do?

Someone drove at a high speed past me and threw too much junk on my car from their tires. I noticed this when I arrived home. It’s visible even at night from inside! It happened almost 2 weeks ago and I’ve washed my car multiple times and it’s still there FE17B19E-43E2-4089-9210-54E9BAFAE20D.webp

Is the glass pitted? If not, then something is stuck to it and you can get it off. I would use a single edge razorblade. If the glass is indeed pitted, only some kind of drastic buffing is going to reduce the visibility, but not eliminate it entirely. There was a thread earlier this week about the way to polish/buff out nicks in the glass. I don't remember the title at all. Maybe someone else does.

I am going through a sort of similar issue with mine. The chips in my windshield are not noticeable up close and only when sun goes through at a certain angle. Here is the post talking about it and some chatting about possibly buffing it out.
Micro chips in windshield. Repairable?

I think that it's pitted. I'm going to check that thread.
