Hey guys I’m new here and I came just to ask this question. First of all I have about 1.5 months left till I get my license (yes I know I’m spoiled) and I really like the 2.0t premium AWD. I found that when I test drove it that it was roomy and practical with the sportback. I prefer the premium because I love the sunroof and speakers + Nav. So me being a young kid you may ask where I’m getting money to buy this from. Well your answer is that I’m spoiled haha. Anyways I have a $29,000 USD limit to get a used or new car. I need your opinions or advice on either how to get the about 41,000 msrp stinger down to that price. I don’t care if it is used or new. Does anyone know a way to find used stingers or like stingers that have been used lightly for testing or something? I (my parents) are looking to buy the car outright. So is there any tricks you guys know of or do you think that over the next 2 months that used ones will start popping up online? Or is my best bet just to sit in the bushes? Waiting for a year is my worst option. But as you can tell I want one haha! Thanks guys!

Well, you can cut half of that $12,000 difference down by using the Kia rebate either by leasing or the balloon finance option (and then paying it all off immediately after you get the rebate.) Other than that, if you have a trade-in you can get some cash for that but if this is your first car, probably not. The only thing left is to see how much OFF of the MSRP you can get from a dealer -- maybe $2,000 at best. Used Stingers are extremely rare as they get snapped up quickly.

If your parents are Costco members, check their car buying program. I think the lease and buy out of the model you want is max value of that program. Tell your parents you’ll mow the lawn till you turn 21 . Good luck!!!

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I know you are a young kid and are excited about getting your first car but there is little to no chance you will find what you are looking for. These cars have not been out long so there really isn't a market for used models. Even if a few used ones were to turn up its very unlikely they would be in your area let alone your state. On top of that a used premium specifically would go for more than 29k depending on mileage obviously. The car is close to 40k MSRP so unless a used one with 10k miles pops up for around 25-30k your out of luck. Settle for something cheaper or just put away more money for a year to get a new one.
