Hi people -

I think I may have finally found one - is it a good deal?

  • 2019 GT2, Panthera - rebadged to the "L" badge and "GT" on wheels, tinted.
    • Listed @ 35k - 25k miles.
  • 2019 GT1, Ceramic - rebadged to the "E" badge all around, tinted.
    • Listed @ 33k - 23k miles.
What do you guys think? Am I better off continuing to haggle for lease buyout? At this point, I just want an easy, convenient option.

Thanks.

I think the $2K difference for the benefits of the GT2 over GT1 is worth it. I went GT1 new because the price differential wasn't worth it, but I'd pay $2K for HUD, rear seat warmers, DBL, and all-around camera features.

Also, 2019-2021 GT1 and GT2 are virtually identical inside and out - yes?

That's insane that you found a 2019 Ceramic for that price. Where I am at, 2018 GT1 Ceramics were going for $36k, 2019 was around $40k. Not surprised about the dark gray one as that color doesn't sell well on the used market, at least in my location. Can you add a link to the listings?

Also as I have learned, quadruple check everything. I got lucky a while back posting about a car I wanted to buy that was priced well. We found the original owner and found out why the price was cheap.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Body lines yes. Interior leather seats are different (leather and nappa leather respectively) and the cable shifter vs electronic shifter (gt1 vs 2). Heated seat controls in the rear and a hud enclosure in the dash for gt2. Basically, everything else is identical. Before I educated myself, at a quick glance, I couldn't tell the difference.

I vote for the GT2 love all the extras that come with it!

Strange question: why would you even mention your intention to buyout the lease? Am I missing something here? There is no incentive to do a lease buyout with a used car; no Kia lease cash to drop the cap cost. If you can "buyout" a used car lease, why lease in the first place?

I meant on a new car - not this one. Buy used or lease buyout on a new 2020 if I can find one.

Thanks - moreso meant: 2019 GT1 would be the same as 2021 GT1, etc?
