I’m being stupid. How do I turn off the setting so the mirrors don’t open with proximity smart key?

I’ve having trouble figuring out how to not allow the mirrors to open up when I’m close to the smart key. Sometimes I just need to grab something in the car and not get ready to drive. Really only want them to open up until I actually start the car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
