Morning All,
First off, I don’t have a Stinger, but I am planning on making it my purchase once life goes to ‘normal’ and I have to start driving to work consistently. Right now I’m 100% remote so I sold my S4 to save money during the pandemic- rocking that Jeep GC life. That being said I’ve come across this platform and am excited to try it out. I’ve had several performance cars (B8.5 S4, 392 Charger, multiple CSRTs, etc…) and I typically have a parts list ready to go once I make the purchase. That being said I’ve compiled a list of what my research says should yield around 500whp with some corn juice and Meth. Can you guys/gals let me know if I’m missing anything? Also as far as sustainability/reliability any supporting mods that I may have missed? I’m thinking I want RWD but open to discussing AWD platform as well. Also noticed I could only find a TCU tune from Lap3- which seems to have damn ‘Audi taxes’ on it. Is it worth it? Are there any BEWARE of vehicles I should avoid (ie early ‘18 models?)

I’m excited about potentially joining a new car family and hope this community is better than the Audi/BMW snobs and the 392 try hards. Also, are there any other resources I should be looking into? I’m leaning towards JB4 stuff based off things I’ve read here and their presence on this board seems great- plus I had JB4 tune on my 535i and loved it. Which reminds me, will my iPhone app purchase for it work for this vehicle as well?

Sorry for all the questions but as the title says, I’m a planner. I also anticipate on actually keeping this car so I want to do it all this time (wife is getting pissy with all my car changes . Any and all input is welcome.

JB4 Tune $530
JB4 Bluetooth kit $150
Denso Sparkplugs $70
BMS Intakes $330
BMS Intercooler $700
BMS Water Methanol Injection (WMI) $700
Fuel-It FlexFuel Sensor $350
BMS Braces $300
H&R Sport Springs $300
Eibach Sway Bars $180

CHEERS!!

Welcome to the hive! I can't comment on the engine mods other than the JB4 does seem to have the best support based on my casual reading. I can say the front and rear sway bars are a fantastic mod... highly recommended. Catch can should probably be on the list

Howdy and welcome. As you can see from my signature, I do not mod, much. :p So, all of those cool things that you plan to do will have to be addressed by others: I can only welcome you and say that the Eibach sway bars do change the feel of this car a great deal; the rear bar calms the rear end down, and the front bar reduces roll and improves consistent steering feedback throughout a hard curve (for me the front bar eliminated oversteer). There is no MY18 shortcoming - the concept to production process was done right).
