I’m a Lucky Guy! Red on Red GT2

I’ve just taken delivery of the 1st red on red GT2 delivered in the US. As you may know, Kia had not released this combination stateside for whatever reason. Interestingly enough, they featured this combo on the auto show circuit and in dealer previews with a Korean spec GT2. As soon as I saw that red on red, I had to have it. As a Tier I supplier to Kia, I begged them to get me one. Apparently I wasn’t the only one asking. They had received many requests for this combo from other customers. They decided to release a very limited number. I received the first delivered in the US. So far, only 5 GT2 models are stateside and all 5 are in the Western Region. Your dealer may be able to order you one. I waited 8 weeks to get mine after I ordered it from KMA. It’s a real head turner! People stop me to ask about it everywhere I go.

Go to a dealer? First one I checked had a GT2 and a base Premium in stock.

I should have clarified, I'm referring to GT2.

So far every listing I have found for GT2 Black on Black is actually a Red interior.

It lists as black interior but lower down it notes that the car has "red interior option".

Ask your dealer to have their regional office allocate you a GT2 Black/Black. They can get one without much trouble.

Nice, we still have our 2016 Sorento SX-L.. it has the Merlot interior.. a red that's not as bright as this one.

Thank you! Very rare color combo. There are only 5 GT2's in the US. Kia is bringing a very limited number in this color combo to the US. So far all of them are in the west region.

Nice combo! I’ve been saying they need to do some special interior color from this car. They need some different shades of brown and red, for the black they can do a couple shades there as well. I’m looking forward to seeing the new brown on the Atlantica, hope they offer that color with other exterior colors.
