40,000 Hyundai and Kias are being recalled due to a risk of a fire from the Idle Stop and Go pump. Rentals will be available if the owner doesn't feel safe driving his/her recalled car while waiting for a spot at the dealership.

Idle stop and go is one of the vile safety nannies. I disable it every time I start my 2022 Stinger GT1.

Smart Cruise Control is absolutely not smart.

I would LOVE a master kill switch to disable all of them at once but that's not possible. Our overreaching, brain dead Federal government is likely to madate more of these disruptive features and you'll not be able to disable any of them. Don
