Took my brand new 2019 Kia Stinger on a long road trip to GA and to FLA with no problems whatsoever. However, on the trip home, the car develop a loud hum at 80mph. Nothing at 79 or above 80mph.

........hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm so you get a hummer at 80 ? Bawaaaaaaaa

Not funny.

Welcome. All the way home? Or just in a spot of the trip? My first guess is that you, like me, are using constant "radar" to monitor your car's every sound and vibration, etc. The instant something changes you are on top of it. This is laudable, but also produces over sensitivity. I've wondered if something is happening when I hear the timbre of the road noise through the tires increase, and it turns out to be changing road surface.

Kinda Funny ! :p

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Uh... Don't go 80 it's the car telling you it wants to go faster.

This could be an advantage. In a 70 zone the hum means you have hit the "safe" threshold.
