• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. HSV's Chevy vs Ford's pony hero

The Camaro sounds like it is more powerful than the Mustang but will also pack a powerful punch to your bank account.
According to Motor magazine the top spec model the " Exorcist " will spearhead the V8 invasion of Chevrolet Camaros, it has 750kw supercharged LT4V8 rear drive launching the quarter mile in 9.8 seconds. It has a top speed of 350km/hr.
One Aussie has put their name on the list for this car with an expected pice tag of $240,000. It will come with a 3yr warranty.

parked near a nice shiny pony, they are everywhere here, every time I go out I see a least 2-3 of them in the wild. I'm wondering what the base model lower trims in the Camaro's will cost to see if they can give the Mustangs a run for their money.
Another reason I like Stingers they are a rarity in these parts.

I have watched quite a few Youtube videos on the " Exorcist " Camaro, what an awesome machine, i think it was also brought to life to compete with the Dodge Challenger " Demon ", love the names, " The Exorcist " original 70s movie is one of my favourite horror movies, and i watch it at night , and by myself...lol, I have mentioned that I temporarily work at a warehouse, that is close not only to the shut down Ford Factory in Campbellfield, but the R & D department of Ford which is still in operation, and i usually can have up to 5 Mustangs driving close by in the mornings, all going to work, in the same direction i am travelling. I would be regretting buying a Mustang, to see so many Ford employees driving them.

Yeah, I think you can get a Mustang with every box of Corn Flakes...lol

Yeah one of my favourite horror films was " The Exorcist " great when Regan started spewing green vomit every where :D
As far as American Muscle goes I prefer the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye to the Camaro but alas I do not have $228,000 to buy one so Stinger it is :) plus a 3 yr warranty for something that expensive is pretty crap.

Dodge Challenger or even a Dodge Charger, i like how the Stinger rear tail lights are somewhat similar to those of the Charger, but i like the Charger tail lights more than the Stingers, if i am being truly honest...:):)

I really like the front end of the Hellcat, I like the round lights and the functional hood scoops which I wish the Stinger had, but I like the fast back and almost Maserati look of the back end of the Stinger. The Stinger looks more sleek and sporty to me where as the muscle cars tend to look well, boxy and muscular :)

When my Stinger is parked inside the garage, I always just stand back and stare at it, from the front, as if I am seeing it for the first time, and I swear it looks almost identical to a Maserati Quattroporte or Ghibli body shape, with those wide ass hips at the rear end, while admiring my Deep Chroma Blue paintwork which I just can't get enough of...:)

Do you like Classic Mustangs ?
For a while I wanted one, ? maybe still get one in the future , one you can register as classic so the rego is cheap, and drive it on sunny Sundays, I prefer the sleek " Elenor " type car, these are some pics from our local car show.....

I did have a 2017 Camaro 2SS, it was fast but for some reason the Stinger feels much faster and of course refined, I did sell the camaro after only 5 months due to multiple issues including premature transmission problems (never abused the car I have owned sports cars for years), wheel paint peeling, cheap rattling interior plastics, etc. Never GM again... Never unless you give me the next mid engine Corvette for 50% its price. :D

One of my all time favourites has been the Trans Am from the movie " Smokey and the Bandit " , the first one, with the big gold eagle on the front bonnet.

and of course, I have liked the 80's Trans Am forever as well, of course, the Trans Am in " Knight Rider " made it all the more famous i guess.

Boy this gurl knows her cars, she's mixing it with the best of them.:D My Stinger inspiration was its resemblance to the Maserati. And then i saw the DCB it was done and dusted. My name was on the pre order list number 222 Aust wide. Thought about putting that number on my plate. But felt it would be obscure.
