3.3TT Hps strut bar

I seen this strut bar replacement by HPS claiming it stiffens the chassis. Any truth to this claim? Anyone running it on their stinger?

It's for the looks. And even than...the look is very questionable imho.
 
Noticed it just backing out of the driveway, doesnt flex and creak as much.

Makes sense why its stiffening . Basicly extra boxing of the frame structure.
But my bov would hit it by the looks.
 
I have the GFB's and they are taller than the OEM ones but I still have a good couple of inches clearance. It does however hit the bov solenoid now that I have the Mishimoto IC installed, I had to clearance the cross a bit with a Dremel to keep it from rubbing.

It also makes getting the coolant overflow tank cap off a pain, but I just use a small funnel to get at it.

Yup i figured. Ive got the mishi kit aswell as a tial bov and shes tall
