Looking to get away from the staggered setup of my GT Limited as I will be driving a lot spring through fall and want to ability to rotate wheels around and not burn through tires every 15-20k

How wide can you go on the fronts? I’m not looking to go into 12” or anything like that, but within reason what’s a nice wheel setup. It likely be a 20”.

Also any recommendations on an all season or summer tire that has great tread life, very good to great performance, and doesn’t cost me a kidney. Importance of those is listed in order.

check out TireRack.com they have a great site with tons of info , ratings and reviews , I sold my Michelins right off the car when I took delivery and went with the BF Goodrich set up in my signature ...... good luck ( PS the German drivers will pay a premium for you tires , put them in Craigslist , I got $1400 )

Nitto Motivo UHP A/S have a 60K mile treadlife warranty. I think they have everybody else beat. On the 19s that is still 30K miles, better by far than anything Michelin offers for staggered rims.

I'm using 20x10.5 Rear 20x9 Front Vertini wheels with Nitto NT555 G2 (285/30/20 + 245/35/20)

Car is lowered on Eibach springs and I think the rears are at their max width for stock fender flares. Lots of traction with this setup.

I've got the exact set up (copy cat! :p) but I believe he can/should go a little wider in the front, unless he wants a 245 square setup.

What offsets are you running?
