Turned on the HD radio and went to the doppler radar. Can't zoom out/in pinching the screen. Wish I could zoom out to see the whole USA. Am I missing something?

How do you get to doppler radar with this system?

I have the custom button (star) setup for this data services screen from setup menu. The Doppler radar screen is found here.

It seems we don't have any weather via HD radio around here as yet. And the majority of what's on the screen is supplied by SiriusXM. Slow to load, slow to change, and the audio quality's crap. So I won't be renewing mine. I guess there's not much value to me of that screen. LOL

Wish we had this in Canada.
It is available in Canada via HD radio reception, but I believe only Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto broadcast the signal required. It also provides textual traffic alerts, but they are sparse and often outdated - Google maps or Waze are much more reliable sources for traffic, and not restricted to those three areas.

To the OP, I can scroll the Doppler map a small amount, over the limited coverage area I have with the HD radio signal (in and immediately surrounding the Calgary area). It doesn't resize.

Sirius XM has a 'traffic link' plan available that is supposed to provide the signal as well, but it's not worth the subscription cost to me.

I use Waze, in Edmonton we don’t get anything.
