How to transfer Garmin Waypoints into Stinger's Android Navigation System?

I have used a Garmin GPS for many years and have about 100 waypoints stored. I will use my Android phone, with Android Auto, to drive the Stinger's nav system. What is the best way to transfer the Garmin waypoints into the Stinger nav system?

If you're using Android Auto, either Google Maps or Waze will be your nav system. Can you transfer into either of those?

I can export the Garmin waypoints as a GPX file, but don't yet know how to put that file into Google Maps.

Signed in to Google on a regular computer, create a new map, and you can import the gpx from there. Obviously will also need to be signed in on your mobile device to access.
