How long does it take for a stinger to come from Korea to Australia since the ordering. I ordered mine 3 months ago and the dealer still cant even give me a vin or eta.

3 months on average but some dealers hold orders until end of month then put thru which they should not do. I’ve waited nearly 6 months but they stuffed up paper work as I asked for a 2018 build. Technically if you ordered last year you get a 2017 build but 2018 compliant car. The insurance companies go by build date so your car is now worth less than your will pay for it when you pick it up. Mid year ordered cars this is not an issue as it arrives same year as build but end of year orders are an issue. I would hit the dealer for a further discount because of this or re order a 2018 build and wait 3 more months like I had to. My car was ordered October last year the one I got was built February this year and got here last week. Where are you from?

By the way if you do an insurance quote for each year Stinger you will see the price difference in both premium and market value. This proves my point.

I put in my order on 1st Feb (Melbourne) and was told the waiting time was 4months! But I received a call last week that my stinger has arrived!
So it took around 2-ish months for my Stinger to come to me
PS: I added a clause in my contract that if the stinger takes more than 4months to arrive, I can cancel my order without penalties.

For those who are curious about actual shipping time, it seems to take 1 to 1.5 months to actually ship. My build is Feb 18 and it made it to the dealer late March.

This was something I was also curious about during my wait.

For me, I placed my order 27 Feb, got a call to say build was finished on 15 March. Arrived 5 April on its way to dealer and estimated pickup late this week.

Fingers crossed Friday I will be in my new car.

Yep, that's what I did, ended up pinching a dealers stock car when I was about to cancel. Your'e a wise person.

I just spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME tracking down the individual vessels in the fleet that moves them around the globe. Along with most other cargo/bulk carriers, it takes ~11=15 days to sail from Pyeongtaek to Fremantle - assuming that's where yours would roll off..
