How hard do you rage in traffic?

So, a selection of road sillyness:

1. Road cleaning truck driving at 0.001 kmh for two kilometers
2. Teen idiot freehanded on bicycle in the dark with no light/reflectors, playing with smartphone
3. Driving retard, going 50 in the towns 60 zone and later 100 on the outside limited to 80
4. The opposite: Constant speed twit, going 60 in the 80 zone, remaining on 60 in the 50 zone
5. Co-Accelerators: The idiots accelerating while you overtake them, reuslting in driving right next to you, blocking you from going right lane again (most of europe has driving right side mandatory if not overtaking)
6. Tailgate a**holes, driving into your trunk when you're overtaking at max allowed speeds already or driving max speed on a normal road

What's your reaction to these? Rage madly getting extremely pissed at these fookers? Roll around totally relaxed, ignoring the retards of this world?

1) Eh, not so much. Plenty of side streets and neighborhoods to go different ways.
2) More so. I wish our doors were indestructible and I had a button to automatically open it when I drove by. *Whistles Nonchalantly*

5) These idiots should not be allowed on the road. With adaptive cruise, I slow down to their speed to wait for a flock of cars to go by then get in the other lane to pass them, only to have them speed up.
