I just bought my GT1 for 39.5k OTD with the 3k rebate and 0% apr after shopping around 20 dealerships. Your price sounds about right for a GT2. If you aren't sure, shoot the price over to other dealerships and see if they can beat it.

That's very close to several dealers I am looking at here on the other side of the country (Portland, OR area).

Or you could take the 2.9% interest rate instead of 0, and get another $2000 off I believe. Not sure which one would be best for you.
