How does this lease deal sound?

2019 RWD 3.3T G70 Prestige/elite Siberian Ice 36/10. Considering some up front money (maybe around $1000), my monthly lease would be $500. The monthly would actually be less than $500, but I'm figuring in how much the $1000 spread over 36 months adds to the actual lease cost.
