How does JB4 CPI work with an ECU tune?

Basically the title. I will have CPI set up with a BMS intercooler and JB4 but also possess an EK1 Lite and Sxth Stage 2 TCU tune. Given that I had to purchase all these credits to patch my vehicle through Sxth I was going to purchase an ECU tune through them as well. Obviously the maps for the JB4 work fine but how does the JB4 and CPI work when paired with an aftermarket ECU tune?

Interesting. I was more so thinking that I was locked into Sxth and their tunes since I just spent almost $400 in credits that are sitting in their website. Based off what I read on your sticky though it seems its best to go with your BEF for e-mixtures/race days and then I can get a 93 map from sxth and run map0 with jb4 when i dont want to run CPI and just to do light cruising/weekends.

Just trying to justify the credits that have already been purchased.
