You'd have to hack the software for the head unit, as it's not configurable at the user level - it's presence is a legacy of generations of bloodsucking lawyers.

Lol. I've never clicked on it after the first time. The next time I started the car, I said, "Really, again?" And while I was staring at the damned thing, it went away. That was easy.
