• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Pretty sad listening.

I can't remember any tests saying the Opel Insignia was that bad in build quality. Does Holden do something weird to the Opel cars.

No, we just have high expectations.

Holden is out of touch with their customers, for many years now, i remember some nightmare stories, of a customer who had purchased a $50,000 plus Calais, and it might have had electrical problems, and between the dealership and GM Holden Customer Service, just gave this person the run around. Im sure this is one of thousands of nightmare stories customers have had with their Brand New car.
It makes me angry how they only think of the short term, after you buy a Holden, if you have any issues with it, they really don't care, they are so short sighted, it makes me so mad.
I used to work for Holden, so a few months ago i visited a Holden dealership, and they had a Black Holden Caprice (photo below) in the showroom, sunroof , LS3 V8, screens on the back of the front seats for the rear passengers (kids) to watch movies. Anyway, as Holden was winding down the Vehicle Assembly Plant in South Australia with only the last 6 months to go, there was no discount for employees on V8s, so back to the dealership, i tell the sales manager im sort of interested in the Caprice (for US members, this is the same car sent to US Police departments).

The Holden Caprice (above) was $67,000 AUD, i didn't expect it, but the sales manager looked up on his computer, and said, you can have it for $53,000 AUD, i never returned, i already knew about Stinger and i made a decision with my heart, not my finances, and im so very happy.
Getting back on track here, Holden has lost the plot, as the saying goes, it seems they tell you what you want, instead of listening to what their remaining customers want, the ZB Commodore has AWD..why? Holden enthusiasts will not want FWD, no V8, no RWD.
Finally, i have been so proud of Holden for many years, that i just wanted to work for them, which i did for 12 years, but now im embarrased for them because they seem to have no insight for the future, i have always wished to be in charge of Customer Relations, change Lemon Laws and put customers first. I know it's easier said than done.
PS: I think Camaro will make it to AU, not sure, and i did hear something about Corvette, but way to expensive here.
GOODNIGHT..haha
