Hey Group --- I was on a surface in downtown Houston and I verred to avoid a big pothole, but then a BIG bump of aspalt that they had used to patch. I was only doing about 15mph and I did not hear any 'bottoming' out ... I am assuming that the shocks (with the bump stop) on a GT2 can take a good bump without jacking the car. Please advise ...

Whats the question?

I have bent 2 rims on pot holes if it makes you feel any better. 1 OEM wheel and 1 steel winter.

I did not bend my rim zz I was just worried about bottoming out the car
it'll be fine, we hit a construction sharp asphalt edge where they cut away 3 inches of pavement leaving a cliff and we hit that at 60 mph and blew the tire and slightly bent the wheel, definitely bottomed the struts out hard, had an alignment done after getting new tires and they were off some but not as much as i thought it would be after hard hit like that.
