I tried searching the forum to no avail. Has anyone seen an option for some high-output driving lights? Not interested in DRLs or fogs... real, long range driving lights for high-speed night shenanigans.

There are plenty of options out there if I’m willing to modify... but I’m not really excited about cutting things unless I need to.

I haven't heard of this. Are you saying that the Stinger's high beams aren't adequate illumination for high jinks in the dark?

That’s exactly what I’m saying. They’re certainly adequate, but there’s no such thing as too much illumination.

Tell that to the oncoming traffic. Hah. :P

Fair. I’m not trying to blind anyone. Just want to see those deer a little sooner.

Casting 1.21 gigawatts of illumination ahead of me is something I really enjoy in all of my vehicles. I’ve got Clearwaters on the BMW motorcycle, and full LED lighting with dual 40” light bars on the truck. Can’t neglect the Stinger!

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Are you looking for some sort of LED light bar or LED pods? Plenty of good options for those. Not really going to be direct bolt on though. Would probably require some custom mounting brackets or creative mounting methods.

I used to run dual Baja Designs light pods in my old Subaru Legacy. Hard mounted to the crash beam (with some drilling) they peeked out through the lower opening. Great for dark rural roads.

I’m thinking a pair of pods with some crafty mounting solutions will be the key.

Check out Diode Dynamics SS3 driving lights. Excellent performance at a reasonable price. Plus you can't beat designed and built in the USA. Diode Dynamics makes light bars and loads of other good stuff too. You can easily get generic ones for cheaper but my experiences with DD products and their service were always top notch.

I'm glad you posted this. I myself spend a fair amount of time breaking the speed limit in the mountains and not always during the day. I was thinking about mounting LED light cubes at the bottom off the front air scoops. Something small but high output would be handy. Another option you have is using front clip on racks to mount an LED light bar above your windshield for really stellar illumination.
I saw this cool unit that uses license plate brackets. This could be fun!

I’m really not wanting to add light bars to this car. I love them on the truck, but I want the front end clean.

I’m looking at some driving lights by Clearwater that are designed for motorcycles. Stupid bright with a long throw. Maybe mounting them behind the grill and strategically removing a few of the little rectangle pieces to allow the beam to pass through.

Is this the sort of thing your looking for?
