Hi From the great white North. Taking delivery of a 2020 GT Unlimited this coming Friday. Thunder Grey with Red Leather. Super excited (enough to sign up and make a thread...LOL). Been lurking and reading for a couple days, some good info on this site!

First things first, have to order new Tires, snowing like a Mother up here today. Going to go with a good set of all seasons.

Check out the tire subforum, there is a lot of threads on it. You just need to watch the offset. +30 to +35 is usually okay but double check specific rims just in case.

And you'll get your congratulations on Monday. But in the meantime, welcome, and try to get plenty of rest between now and then.

Lots of people have put 18" wheels with winter tires on their staggered GTs. There are probably more winter wheels and tires threads than any other topic! Also, you could just put winter 225/40 all the way around on your OE GT wheels. The half inch of stretch in the back won't cause any trouble. I run the same sized tire in the front on an 8.5" wide wheel and have been doing it with summer tires.

Car arrived late Thursday evening to the dealer from compound, so there was no chance for the dealer to have it ready yesterday. In honesty it worked out for the better as work was stupid busy. I am getting it today at noon though!! Pretty excited, not gonna lie, but the morning has been dragging on and on. Cold here today (-3c will be the high), so probably won't log too many kilometres. Apart from the tires scheduled for the 28th, I bought my first modification last night.... My tinted licence plate covers...LOL LOL
