I'm a Colorado Front Range 2021 Stinger GT2 driver since March of 2021 when I leased. I bought mainly for an Interstate cruiser and as my "snowmobile" when road are slick and so far the deepest I've dared is 6" deep snow (in the past, my pick-up on studded M+S snows, with chains in backup gets broken out when the snow's 1'+). I live in Denver and have some mountain land which requires the AWD. It is about 2 miles of dirt road then 3/4s of a mile on a mine road then my own 1/4 mile forest road; so far no issues on the dirt and it is super comfortable and composed.

I looked at a BMW 3-Series Wagon (closest in performance feel but way slower in reality and no spare tire option for 2019's), Audi A4 Allroad (terrible turbo lag and overall disappointing performance) and Volvo Polestar gas-only V60's no longer existed new. I've got no power in my forest to plug-in a car; nor ironically in Denver either. The Kia checked AWD, great performance, handling, good safety and gas-only. The Kia replaces a 20-year old Volvo wagon which replaced a series of Porsche 944's and 924s's. Also, the Kia still has radio and heater buttons, no need for a freaking cell modem and I can turn its screen off -- big wins to me!

So far, I've picked up:
* TuxMats for floor mats as they looked to have the best "well" for muddy and snowy boots.
* A Weather Tech rear cargo mat has worked great for hauling the occasional oily piece equipment.
* RokBlokz splashguards (hopefully more rock/mud guards for the dirt roads) as they seemed bigger than the OEM splash guards
* A dash cam -- darn it Kia, why can't my car record to the SD card you have for maps!?
* Now I'm thinking sway bars may be next...

For shoes, the car came with the Michelin All-Season Tires which seem to hold it back in Summer and for Winter it runs on squared 225/45R18's Blizzaks on Focal F20's.

Thanks everyone here for your great posts to help me get up to speed and learn more about our awesome Stingers!

Here it is doing reasonably on the mountain roads, showing off its then new snowtires on curvy roads and hanging out with its odd garage companions.

Welcome to the hive! Sway bars are a great upgrade, as well ditching the all seasons tires that got bolted on in some regions

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. I’m glad you found us! And I’m glad to hear the Stinger has been serving you well. :)

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Howdy and welcome. Loved the introduction. You are a very brave man, driving a Stinger on roads like that!?

To the OP which michelin all seasons did yours come with?

@JSolo it came with Michelin Primacy Tour staggered 19's. I see in a photo I have 255/35R19's on the rear and I have no record of my front size handy at the moment but would presume 225/40R19's. The all seasons aren't bad in the dry or rain (haven't had them on anything cold) and they aren't useless for spirited driving. I'll wear them out before buying new, only I feel them slipping more than I think a stickier tire would (and it's still a nicely progressive release so far).

Thanks. I was surprised to hear of michelin AS tires as oem rather than some bridgestone garbage (re97as-02) that's coming on the newer models.
