afternoon everybody. sorry that I have not been active in the forum. had a lot happen in the last 10 months. lost my fiancé's dad to cancer, had a blow out with the upper reps of carrabbas to the point that I punched out the regional vice president about the death and my taking care of his wife and the family during that trying time. was told that work came first. his face was introduced to the committee of "do not mess with debbis family". I subsequently quit after having a sit down explaining my actions. I explained it in the ny greek way, told them that they could all kiss the tattoo on my butt. debbi's mom then broke her hip, was almost sued by debbis brother because he thought I was trying to get their dads hefty property holdings. he almost met the fist of reason. and because of all of that, debbi and I decided to take some time apart so she can mourn and reconnect with her siblings. whatever. I want to thank everybody who knows the two of us for their kind words. it has not been a good 10 months. had traveled to Colorado to oversee and design a bakery for my buddy and his partner to sell edibles. it was a hit there. trained the staff, oversaw the recipes, etc. had rented a scat pack challenger 392. fun car. and then the covid crap hit. so, back in florida, quarantined with the pooches. debbi has been staying with her mom and helping her with her physical therapy. I go over every couple of days to make sure that they are ok. as for the challenger, I liked the car so much that I bought one when I got back to florida. yeah yeah, say all you want, but, it is a fun car. heavy as all heck. but it will do a rolling burnout for blocks. and, because everybody, including myself, wonders how the stinger vs the challenger race would come out, I did some prelim testing. empty road by some warehouses. conditions weren't optimal, but tried to keep it as even as possible. with both cars in sport mode, all the grannies turned off, the stinger is quicker. with the racechip on, it is a lot quicker. but, that is with the challenger having some real tire spin off the line. with some wider tires, it would be a different story. I am sure if I had a jb4 tune, exhaust, blah blah blah, it might be close. the challenger is almost 900 lbs heavier. when I tried a 2nd gear launch to control wheel spin, it was close. but the stingers mid-range is deceptively strong. but, like I said, I tried to keep them as close to stock as possible. the challenger has nothing added, while the stinger has the racechip black (thanks tonka) and a cai installed. stock tires for both.
sorry for the long post, I just wanted to say I will be on here again, dumb jokes etc, and thank you for the well wishs from everybody about where I had disappeared to. hope everybody is safe at home. we can all get through this. we are all in the same boat. H-

Glad to see you are back ! and best wishes to getting all things in your life back on track !

I wondered where you had vaporized to. Nice to see a wanderer return and touch bases. :) The pandemic has created more inequality. In that regard, we are not "all in the same boat". Glad you're having fun in spite of the RL crap.
