I purchased a new GT2 AWD from Hendrick on Tuesday evening. i only dealt with 3 people during my purchase(Jay in sales, sales manager, and Jon in finance), but all 3 of them were a pleasure to work with. They have proven, so far, to be people of honor that do what they say. No games, no bait & switch, and no pressure!!! This is my first Kia, but I would highly recommend this dealership. If you are there, be sure to ask to see Jay, he was very nice to work with(no disparity against any of the others, but he is the only one that I know).

$41,222 after dealer discounts and rebates, but that was last month. I don’t know what the rebates or dealer incentives are right now.

I had talked with Jay before, low balled me on trade in and was selling car at MSRP, I didn't bother negotiating and left. Called immediately after I left saying he can do 4k better on it, I said no thank you and disconnected the call. He left me few messages since then, going back tomorrow again.

I have bought another car from them since then, but I didn't get as good of service. I have been very disappointed with their service department and the attitude of the management. Be careful!!!

They tried to make a good looking deal by low balling on the trade in.

Bought my 2019 GT2 from them back in October. Took it to the service department for the first time last Friday to have them look at the sunroof - still rattling after trying many of the fixes over on that post. Was told if it was 1. caused by dirt/debris it would not be covered and 2. the sunroof is only covered for 1 year/12,000 miles. Dropped the car off on Friday - called Saturday and was told my service adviser was off and had to wait until Monday for an update. Called today (Monday) and they are just now looking at it. Very disappointing service experience so far - and I came from a Ford!

That's bullshit. I had my car there for its 20k mile oil change back in September/October and they wanted me to set up an appointment to drop the car off for them to rip apart the roof and "fix" my rattle. The sunroof isn't a consumable item. The warranty period for it should be 5 years/60k miles.

Agreed, and after reading the official warranty documentation I don't see how they came up with that. Anyways they are on day 5 with the car and have "somewhat" fixed it and opened up a Techline case...

Yeah their service department really leaves a lot to be desired. I've been trying to get the paint coming off addressed and all I have for it is a service advisor that moved to a different store and 0 follow up after multiple calls. And now the top bars on the roof are all cracked up so that is going to be fun to get addressed as well.

If you do take your car here for service be sure to get the direct number for your service rep. If not you get routed through a call center and it takes forever to speak to someone physically in the service lane.

So my biggest complaint here is communication. I haven't had any issue with getting any work done. However I do expect to have some sort of communication at least once a day with an update. Especially since they are in the process of diagnosing any issues. I would like to know if they found something or maybe they didn't have any time for it. I understand if it was the case where when you brought it in and they gave you an estimate of time required. My car could be finished for all I know, they just haven't reached out. I have communicated with a service rep yesterday about an issue and it was promptly returned. However, today I have not go any word from anything after messaging at around 11:30am.
