Glad to be here. Waiting to see when the bimodal exhaust will be available here in Oz before ordering.

I spoke to Kia Sales Rep yesterday. My car is about to go on a boat which means it should be in Oz in about 4 weeks. I was told that he would have an answer next week on when they will again be shipping the bi-modal exhaust. He repeated the claim that the problem was fitment, but I cannot see how a mass production order of exhausts can have such a basic flaw. The suggestion that it has failed to meet emission standards makes a lot more sense when you look at how the bi-modal is designed. Unless the bi-modal can be fitted to my car before pick up I will be deleting it. Some other after-market options are becoming available which appear to me to be better with a better sound.

Good to know. Not in a rush but thinking if I don’t hear anything before April we’ll just roll with the standard.’

Not so much replacing but adding to the family. I’m a Holden Commodore V8 man traditionally but I don’t like what’s on the horizon for them. My wife organised a test drive in the Stinger recently (love her cotton socks) and was I was hugely impressed. Not only great lines but the “go” was really impressive. Ticks all the boxes for family & boy racer.

hmmmmmmmmm ..........cotton socks.......................... gotta think about this one :thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::laugh::laugh:

Welcome!

I'm guessing that's the factory style exhaust OZ dealers seem to be offering?
