I came from a Gen Coupe Track as well (2010 6MT). Loved that car. Still getting used to only 2 pedals and a softer suspension.

Had a 2010 Track 6mt before hey put in nav. Then had a 2013 with auto. Ride is much smoother in the Stinger.

Panthera Metal and yes it has a T shifter.

I had it with the nav. And yes, ride is way smoother. My wife always complained every time we hit a bump, and just the general ride was rougher, but the handling was amazing.
