Hello from North Alabama

Been lurking in this place for a while trying to learn as much as I could before I pulled the trigger on a Stinger. My truck is old as the hills and I'm the only one in it 95% of the time, so I wanted something that got better mileage and was fun to drive. Stinger was at the top of my list ever since I read about it a couple years ago.

Had my eyes on a GT, but with a new house and another kid on the way, got smart and got a base model instead (wife was pleased I came around lol). Got a great deal on a 2018 micro blue 2.0 with the ADAS package and remote start. Had it delivered from Green Bay of all places and I'm loving it. She's a treat to drive and I love the ADAS tech.

Already got the klexus badge overlays, just waiting on it to get a little warmer to install. Only other planned upgrayyedd besides K&N drop-in will be tinted windows in the next few months. May get something like a JB4 down the line, but I'm happy for now.

Sounds good. I bet you got that new ride for thousands below MSRP this year. That's got to beat an old truck (I had an old van ).

Got it at $9500 below MSRP. Just narrowly made it too, looks like the loyalty/conquest/cash bonuses are no longer available for 2018s per the March specials on the Kia website.

Super good! That's close to 30% off MSRP. Your wheels and Micro Blue look just as cool as somebody's who paid over twice as much. Good price shopping (and holding out, for the wife to be happy).

You left the "K" out. K-Lexus. It's a disparaging observation that Kia's "K" badge looks "too much" like the "L" logo. But the "K" is cool looking in its own right. I have "K" skins on my KIA badges front and rear.
