Hello from Ireland.

I've got hi chroma red with red interior and it looks brilliant. It's not too much red or anything, goes really well with the black elements of the interior. Panthera grey was my second choice, but the red is so eye catching and almost changes colour in different levels of light.

As I'm sure you know, the Stinger was chiefly engineered by an ex head of BMW M division and chiefly designed by an ex audi head of design. So despite KIA having zero pedigree in making sport-orientated vehicles, they really hit it out of the park mechanically and styling wise too. Jeremy Clarkson said in an article that Albert Biermann's (ex BMW M head) "dna runs through the Stinger and you can feel it".

You honestly won't regret getting a Stinger, brilliant car and if it had a German badge on it, it would command a higher price and recognition in the European market, which as you say is pretty much cornered by the Germans.

Thank you for your reply Nick. I have just gone ahead and ordered a diesel Stinger in Chroma Red with red interior. I'm also getting the rear windows tinted quite dark. It is the top of the range with all the bells and whistles. Should have it in a week or two. Can't wait!

@Dom- how are you finding the stinger? I'm in Kildare and looking at a 192 stinger ( 3.3 V6 petrol)
Are you enjoying the car, any issues or things that annoy you?
Test driving one this Friday and want to know what to look out for? One thing that is bothering me is the depreciation, eye watering but you get a lot of car for your money. Tax is €1200
I was looking at the diesel but thought it might be a bit underpowered, haven't driven one though, how do you find it?

The car I drove was in Micro Blue which was very impressive but perhaps a bit loud. The only new car available to me is the Panthera which I have never seen in the flesh. Is it a nice colour?
Cheers!
The Panthera is a very beautiful color and was a color I was considering. However I ended up going with the Aurora Black Pearl because I could not find a Panthera Grey with red interior. The red interior with either of these exterior colors is a great combo.
