As some of you are aware I had bowel cancer last year and have had treatment with surgery, chemo and radiotherapy. After 11.5 months of recovery and no more cancer, went in to hospital to remove my temporary ileostomy bag on Thursday. I’m happy to say I’m home again and recovering well and best of all I’m not pooping into a bag anymore although I’m doing it VERY frequently at the moment.:poop: It should settle down over the next few months and I can get back to a close to normal lifestyle.

I just wanted to say thanks to the other moderators for taking up my slack especially DCBstingerGT who has been searching YouTube for the lastest videos and posting them daily which I started doing a while ago. Also thankyou to all the other members who sent their kind get well wishes.
Can’t wait to get back into my new Stinger in two weeks time as Dr said no driving for a bit.
Anyway good to be back. Can’t wait to get the private messaging back on line so I can go back to giving WestcoastGT a hard time again! Lol

Congrats, that is great news. Here's to a speedy recovery and back to cruising again.

no more cancer

Glad to hear things are looking up for you again. Just take it easy for a while, but things will likely never be quite the same again. Been there, done it. Referring to "frequency" here. Doctors said it will take 6 months to a year to regulate, it's now 14 years ago, and no, it didn't quite happen. But in the scheme of things, it is really a minor inconvenience. The main thing is you will again enjoy your family, hobbies and the new toy.

To your continued good health!

I'm really glad to hear you're on the road to recovery - and I hope everything goes back to normal soon. It's great to have you back! :)

Welcome Back @AV8R , Happy to hear your doing well and recovering, thanx for the kind mention and Your Welcome, even though some days i post no videos, only means i have not found any worth posting, although i have been watching some reviews on dashcams, thinking of passing on my Navman MiVue to my daughter's car, and doing research on current model dashcams for my Stinger.

Nice purchase, i posted a photo of my dashcam with the support piece attached, under Dash Cam Owners Australia, if your MiVue 730, has the same suction cup support piece as mine, i checked my Stinger yesterday, and the best place for me, would be just right of the rear view mirror.

Glad you are back my friend! BUT be careful!!!

I’m doing it VERY frequently at the moment.:poop:

You do have a WHITE Stinger after all!

-Fal

P.S. Sorry for the crappy joke  but someone had to do it!
