So while wet sanding my headlight before clear coating it, I got a water inside the lens somehow. I always thought it was sealed. Does anyone have any idea how to clean it now? Does not look like you can disassemble it without breaking something. 20250622_132525.webp

The picture is not clear. Are you saying that the odd interconnecting shapes are on the INSIDE of the headlight?

Yes, it is dried up dirty water, on the inside.

You must have a lens that is unsealed along an edge then. That would be where the "pattern" meets the edge the most. I've never read of this happening before. If this were my headlight and it's already that botched, I'd try flushing that edge with clean water to rinse away the dirty dried on crud. Then I'd seal that entry point with clear epoxy.

I am trying to see how to flush it. Also contacted the company on Facebook that specializes in custom headlights, to see if they can help me with that.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Bake it in the oven at 200* and remove the lense finish your work clean and seal with RTV, did this on a couple of vehicles I wanted to change the inner housing color on

I thought about trying it. But since I've never done it before, wasn't sure about all the electronics in the oven. This headlight look like a computer inside.
