Have just screen and radio on? Is it possible?

Hi 2018 Kia Stinger Gt1. I am wondering can we just run the radio without the engine or lights for a long time? If anyone knows how off hand let me know. I know the manual says acc but I don't neen anything but the radio on.

We plan on taking the stinger to the drive inns movies sometime.

I did it while polishing and waxing the car. I think it auto-shut off after no input from me after one hour.

ACC (Stay away from brake pedal, push start button) mode works for 1 hr max according manual.
Haven’t got the car yet, but in my present car(s) the radio stays on after engine shutdown until i open a door. Don’t know about Stinger but if it works then prob only for an hour as well....

If the engine start/stop button is in the ACC position for more than 1 hour, the button is turned off automatically to prevent battery discharge.

The battery is not designed for constant load. It may work many times, but you're slowly reducing the life of the battery.

Once in a while might not be so bad, but it seems manufacturers are using smaller and smaller batteries, with far less "reserve", than in the past..
