Hard Jolt Experienced Daily

Not sure where to post this and I am having a hard time looking for the right word to describe what I am experiencing. Typically once a day while cruising at regular highway speeds I experience a hard jolt. Depending on what mode I am in the jolt will be harder or softer than others i.e. eco mode softer jolt, sport mode significant hard jolt. It started about 6 months ago doing it once a week, but now does it once a day. Has anybody experienced this, or know what this may be?

The only time I've noticed my transmission shifting hard is under one very specific set of conditions:

Sport mode
Shifting manually with paddles
downshift from 4th to 3rd while on the throttle (even a little)
(off-throttle it shifts smoothly)

Not sure if that's helpful. Maybe try and keep track of what specific conditions/inputs are present when it jolts. May help with troubleshooting.

Thanks for replying. It does not seem to happen during shifts as it only happens while maintaining cruising speed. That is why I am concerned. I am starting to wonder if it is spark plug related or JB4 related.

Watch the RPM and Check the trans fuild as well
