GT2 in Black

I was looking at the Aurora Black. MY dealer insists that the car is available with a Black Leather interior, but thats not what the Kia.com site shows.

Can anyone clarify?

The ones that I've seen in Colorado have only red interior for Aurora Black. What's weird though is the sticker will still show black interior even though it's red.

Yeah I noticed that - on dealer websites it lists at Black Interior and then in the options it says "Red Leather Option"

I ran a search on Cars.com within a 150 mile radius. Every black GT2 has red interior even though some are marked as black interior. The photos clearly show red. Good luck with your search.

I think that may be a Canada / US thing.

Here in the US it seems its only Black + Red for the GT2

Definitely different interior colour choices between US & Canada. Just go to the Kia US site and the Kia Canada sites and do a "Build & Price". Black more prevalent in Canada (available with all exteriors), red in the US.

Has anyone confirmed with Kia whether the G2 or G1 has a black interior option? I'm with some of the others here that would prefer black vs the red trim. I'll reach out to Kia also and report back if I hear anything...

I think it depends on the external color.

I am interested in a GT2 with a Black exterior, but int he US it doesnt seem possible to get that with an all black interior...only the red.

This is more complex than it needs to be. The vehicle comes with Black/Black on window sticker however Red leather is the option on the vehicle. KIA has manufactured different color combinations. I think without even telling it's dealers. Now they are selling/manufacturing what's hot. It's complicated unfortunately.

Right - every one of the Blacks is listed as Black Interior with Red Leather Option. Every one of them.
Also on the Kia US website it does not show Black interior as an option for Black GT2.
