Yes they are overlays. I paid 250 for the carbon fiber work but I believe he said he would have to charge more next time unless they are pre powdercoated before he receives them as a lot of prep work was required. But once I get them back from him I'll send him my other OEM tips for carbon fiber overlay to resell.
