I bought a 2022 Stinger GT1 last week from Gary Rome Kia in Enfield CT. It was an excellent experience. After a little back-and-forth on the value of my trade-in, I was very happy with the final deal. They sold the car at MSRP less the current $1,500 Kia customer cash. No games about extended warranties, nitrogen filled tires, 'ceramic coating' for the paint or anything else. Just a very straightforward, hassle-free experience. The salesperson was Brian Boglisch.
This experience was very different from the reception I got from most other Kia dealers. We all know it's a crazy market with high demand and low supply. Most of the other Kia dealers I contacted in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Rhode Island were not straightforward. Several tried to get ADM's over sticker. Some refused to honor the $1,500 Kia customer cash unless the car was financed through them - they wouldn't honor it on a cash deal. Most did not have a car in stock, and were cagey about timing to get one.
I would heartily recommend Gary Rome, and would be happy to buy from them again.
