Oops, those engineers are gonna lose their test car privileges. They'll get relegated to GM's "special education" department (interior design apparently).
120mph isn't really THAT fast. I guess it's news because they're unreleased test vehicles.
Honestly though, calling a vette a supercar is a bit of a stretch, are they rare in Australia? They're everywhere here, pretty much the default mid-life crisis vehicle.

Yes, Corvettes are extremely rare here in Australia, I would be lucky to see any Corvette only 1 time in a year, and yet I would usually see a Ferrari or Lamborghini maybe just more than that.
