Found a new coilover company anyone heard of them?

They aren’t exactly pretty but it’s not like you can see them.

It says they have 32 levels of adjustment for dampening and height. Height should be infinitely adjustable on a coil so does that mean 32 levels on dampening?

So are these likely just rebranded coils from an Taiwanese/Chinese factory?

Most likely as majority of "no name" coils sold on ebay. Some company decides to make coilovers, makes up a name and there you go, brand is born. Doesn't mean they are bad but imho any such parts made in China or Taiwan are poor quality.
I get emails from various Chinese companies few times a weeks offering me "good quality for low price" but most go to spam and those that don't are marked as spam. It's just garbage I don't deal with.

When some company makes good stuff they don't send emails around looking for buyers, you have to send them email asking to be their dealer so you get my idea.

Ahhh understood and I am curious how stiff the ride is gonna be with the coilover?

It will be stiffer than stock for sure. To find out how much stiffer you have to buy them and install them to find out.
