Gapping Densos

Got my spark plugs lastnight. I've read around the forum and there seems to be several answers. I run 93 octane here and I have all the basic bolt on mods, I take,dp,exhaust etc.. A jb4 might be in my future, I'm still debating.. so I'm gonna install these this weekend. What gap should I run. BMS says .22, I've seen .24, .25 etc.. any advice is helpful. Tha ks
