GAP insurance on a Stinger?

I got it through KIA. But USAA offered it when I got the car overall insured.

I called Kia Motor Finance and Liberty Mutual and they both said they don’t offer GAP insurance at all.

Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

It's included in my lease through KMF.

It was only another $30 a year to add it to my Progressive policy.

Yes leases have to have it. I am talking about a loan.

so they dont offer it after the purchase? Cause they do when you do the original loan through them.

Yes leases have to have it. I am talking about a loan.

From my experience, I was offered GAP insurance when I bought out my old 2015 Kia Optima lease through a state credit union. If your financial institution where you got the Stinger loan from does not offer GAP insurance, I'd just do a quick Google search and see who offers it.

Geico told me that didn’t offer it. Was your KMF insurance actually through the dealer? My dealer says they don’t offer it. KMF said they don’t offer it.

They tried to sell me on it when i switched over from USAA, and then Progressive did the same. Since i already have it through KMF dont need it.

I purchased GAP coverage for my 2019 GT1 at time of purchase. I believe it depends on the dealership as well and what third party provider they use for the GAP coverage. I think it cost me roughly $650

Unfortunately, Gap insurance has to be done at the time of purchase from a dealer or at least that is what that dealer told me.

If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. I just want to get GAP insurance from someone. If there is someone in the insurance business that can help it would be wonderful.
