From Xtreme online store it bolts to the tow hook bolt.
It does mount without interfering with the front sensors (just takes some time and patience).
Includes mounting hardware.
It does not include a spacer that originally came with the kit. Without the spacer it mounts much closer to the car and looks much better IMHO.
Ohio no longer requires a front license plate so that is why i am selling it...
