Front LED fog lights

Hi guys I'm a owner of a 2019 Kia Stinger Gt. I was wondering if I would have to splice in these lights or is their a harness already pre built?

Welcome into the open. None of these are exactly "plug and play". From what I've read on here over the years, you have to get the bumper cover off to make the connection. Quite a few members have them and somebody will give you specifics.

Are those knock-off CK71s?

Yeah, you will at the very least have to splice them into the existing wiring system. There aren't any unused DRL plugs hanging out under the bumper cover.
