Front collision warning

Just picked up my 2021 Kia Stinger GT Limited, I have noticed when I get close to something with the front end, the beep alert is not happening. Pretty sure I have all the settings set. My last car was a Kia Sorento 2020 and when I got close to something it beeped, yesterday pulling in to the driveway I almost hit the stairs lol, no beep. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Make sure it is turned on via the button near the heated/cool seats switch

I'm having the exact same issue with my 2022 GT1 tho it was on at some point. I don't know which button turns it back on or if turning on stability control completely disables the warning too. I've toyed with both them on and off and messed with the settings and can't figure out how to turn it back on.

hmm.. i havn't played with the volume setting myself, but is the volume for park distance warning sound set to the loudest setting in the user settings in the gauge cluster?
