I’m sure others have dealt with this. I removed my front bumper to install my Velossatech snorkel and noticed when reattaching the bumper, it refuses to light up on one side under the headlight. Once I get it to line up there, it becomes misaligned above the headlight. I’ve removed and reinstalled it numerous times without any change.

someone else here had this same problem, manifesting at or around the headlight. he provided a picture of the problem and it looked exactly like what you are describing. this was several weeks ago, I didn't see him update this. Ima guessing that in spite of having removed and reinstalled your cover that some tiny point of misalignment has escaped your attention. try, try, try again. it's the only way.

My guess is something is getting in the way of the bumper cover flush fitting. Did you remove any other parts? Maybe something else wasn't re-installed properly? I've lost count of how many times I've R&R'ed the bumper cover on my '19 Stinger. Having an assistant helps, but I've gotten pretty good with it that I can basically do it 1-person without difficulty. Where the very left and right ends of the bumper cover hook onto the mounting tabs can be a little but tricky, but I don't remember having any issue like what you describe.

The only other part I removed was the duct work that sits in front of the radiator, due to the aftermarket snorkel requiring the space.
