As long as you aren't looking for a specific station like Howard Stern I have a new solution for you.
So I have a few Amazon Echo's at home and now have them in a number of my vehicles. I was able to cancel 2 subscriptions to Sirius which is a holiday present by itself.
Required:
Amazon Prime (I already had)
Echo Auto
Bluetooth phone with unlimited wireless.
So I paired the echo to the echo app on my phone, plugged in the echo auto to the USB port, though could use the cig lighter or rear USB as I'm only using it for power.
Once paired it listened for my voice commands and the audio would come through the phone to the stereo via Bluetooth.
I get to use all the Echo commands, like weather, news, timers, reminders, music stations, audio books, specific songs, etc. or even traffic updates (though I still prefer Waze). All hands free!!! I can also chat with my other Echo devices, so if my wife's phone is dead, I can contact her via the echo.
Now I know some of you may not like Amazon or think it is an invasion of privacy, but I love the hands free aspect and being able to pick exactly what I want to hear is sweet.
Granted there are some features I wish it had. I'd like to change the blue light that travels horizontally back and forth to red and make the wake up word be "KITT" as opposed to "Alexa" along with having William Daniels be the voice. No my name is not Michael, but it would still be fun.. (if you are old enough to get the reference.
Another benefit, my phone gets waaayyy beter reception than my sirius antenna, especially in the trees.
