Former 2013 optima sxl owner

Hello! proud owner of a new 2019 ceramic silver GT2 with red interior! Previously owned an optima SXL for 7 years and thoroughly enjoyed that car as it was fun and reliable. Can’t wait for what’s in store with my stinger.
I have already rebadged with the Korean “E” including the wheel caps and went with Stinger as the only emblem on the rear. Next up is ceramic window tint including windshield.

Welcome Aboard! My Stinger is spec'd exactly like yours though I did get to ceramic tint on it. I also had to go on a 2 hour+ plus drive to pick it up (it was the only one in the state at that time). I still have my 2012 Optima SX in Satin Metal though

Wayne, you and I may have talked about this before, but seeing their next-gen SX have power that sits between the current Base/Premium and GT Stinger trims, have an AWD option, and still be feature-laden across all trims. An even better hybrid variant will be nice, and would love them to import their wagon variant to the North American market.

I read today on thekoreancarblog that they got some specs on the 2.5T for the Genesis GV80 is set at 304hp, no torque info yet but I'm going to take a stab and say around 320. Now, if they pair that with a hybrid system to bump the power to 400/400 at full tilt and drop it into an AWD Optima Wagon with some sweet suspension setup or make a Sport Tourismo Stinger, I would be game.
