I have a 2018 GT. I know the benefits of upgrading sway bars but am wondering how much improvement I’d notice in Florida where most everything is straight and flat, no canyon carving here. Is the improvement drastic enough that I would even when just making a turn in traffic or do you really need to push the car before you get your money’s worth?

I'm not in FL, but IMHO absolutely... every left turn is so much better, never mind on & off ramps... If you drive like a little old lady all the time probably not. But if you like a little spritied drive once and a while I would say yes

This, I barely move in my seat anymore over rough corners. Even changing lanes and low speed corners over good roads there is less steering input required.

I know for me that there would be a benefit just because of how i drive. I live in Fl as well and true no real twisties to go play on, but the benefit is definitely there. I agree with @RedCal 100%. I tend to push those on/off ramps for fun. They are on my list of to do's. Just my build order is all over the place.

I live down here too. Every single turn feels better. On/off ramps are fun.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I did all of my "testing" (comparing) in the Valley; it's mostly as flat as Florida. It's where I do 99% of my driving too: and sways made a dramatic difference: especially adding the front bar after a year and a half of the rear bar only: the steering input was instantly more consistent throughout any corner that I push: no more oversteer and the body roll is noticeably less as well (not that it was a lot before, but it's even more planted now). The rear bar cuts way down on rear end "hop" (float) and stepping out when you are cornering "spiritedly" and the surface is uneven, or you just push it hard enough to test the gription: the back end with OEM sways will slide and grab in little repeats, which annoys the snot out of most of us, from what I've been reading on here for almost three years. :P It's not that the car mishandles, it just feels unsettled: the handling is really good otherwise.

I’ve had the rear kick out on me more than a few times so that’s good to hear. Now I’m starting to get really excited to get these
