When I try to divert my airflow to my feet, most of it is actually going to my defroster. When I took the car in they said it was “operating as expected”. Can others confirm for me that the floor only vent is essentially a repeat or the floor/ defroster combo? Seems pointless to have a foot one only if it’s not actually just for floor.

The manual covers this. In "floor" mode, "most" of the air is directed to the floor.

My problem is I was traveling in France and my car was being serviced in US... didn’t have my manual and that’s that the service advisor was saying (but he’s an idiot). Thanks for replies.
