Hey so im trying to figure out if these will fit with no issues.
Im currently waiting on some Nice Gammas
19x8.5 35 Front 225/35/19
19x9.5 35 Rear 255/45/19

Want to see if I can just slap these on and not have to worry to much about checking if it will fit smooth.

offset is the deciding measurement. your rim width is fine it's what I run. why are you going with smaller aspect ratio in front and bigger ratio in back?? if your awd you'll kill it.

Im still new to scene and had some help from someone at fitment industries. So I should be running it with the ratio being bigger in the front and smaller in the back?

given those wheel sizes you should be at 225/40 in the front and 255/35. or you can go 235/40 and 265/35, or even 245/35 and 275/30. the first number is the width, second number is a percentage of the first, so a 225/40 is 40% of 225 tall (225x0.40=90mm). you want those numbers to be as even as possible for AWD. (225x.4=90, 255x.35=89.25, or 235x.4=94 and 265x.35=92.75, or 245x.35=85.75 and 275x.3=82.5)

no matter what, the tire sizes you have listed up there are very different diameters and you'll get AWD or ABS issues at speed.

The wheels will fit. The tires, I think you mixed the sizes. It's 225/45 in front and 255/35 in back. Still, you wanna make sure they are the same diameter, especially if you are awd.
